BOOK FAIR

Last week was our annual Book Fair in our new library!

I would like to thank:

• The Year 5 and 6 students for volunteering their time to help run the day to day activities.
• Families support by buying books, posters and stationery.
• Teachers for covering my yard duties and giving up class time to visit the Book Fair to complete the scavenger hunt and wish lists.

As usual, the stationery and posters have been the most popular items. I would love to see many of our students buying more books.

We were able to take $50 worth of books from the Book Fair stock, to add to the shelves in our library. In the next newsletter, I will let you know how close we came to our goal of $1,500 of sales so we could receive $300-400 worth of books for our library.
